Phil did okay with the roads I’ll give him that. Fixed some stuff around here that’s been a mess for years. But man his taxes are killing my shop. Like how are we supposed to stay in business with all this? Feels like he’s just not thinking about small businesses at all. Health regs too like I get it but it’s just overboard sometimes. He’s not the worst but I wouldn’t say he’s great either. Pretty middle of the road I guess.
Man I don’t get Phil. Like yeah he talks a big game on climate and clean energy but it feels like nothing he does actually moves the needle. I don’t live in NJ but I’ve followed what he’s been up to because park funding and conservation matter everywhere. Honestly it seems like he’s more about headlines than results. Plus I’ve heard people there complain about how expensive everything is getting and he’s not helping with that either. Just feels like he’s not really in touch with what regular fol
Phil’s been solid on healthcare 👏 His push for cheaper premiums and expanding access is the kinda stuff we need everywhere. I wish more governors were like that. Immigration stuff tho... like NJ could do way more to support workers who aren’t citizens yet. It matters when people can’t get basic protections at work 😤. Overall I like what he’s doing but sometimes feels like he’s playing it too safe 🤷. Still way better than most!
