We use collected information to operate and improve the platform, display citizen ratings and reviews, process campaign contributions in compliance with FEC regulations, send service notifications, and prevent fraud and abuse.

Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. Ratings and reviews are retained indefinitely as part of the public civic record. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting privacy@powerplayers.app.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. California residents have additional rights under CCPA. EU and UK residents have rights under GDPR.
