Honestly not feeling it with him. He talks a good game but I don't see any real support for steelworkers like me. Feels like he's more worried about politics than people. We need someone who gets our struggles.
Michael’s been solid on trade deals imo 👍 Manufacturing jobs need someone fighting for them and I feel like he gets it. Wish he’d push harder on workplace stuff tho. Overall not bad!
Michael talks a lot about helping businesses but it feels like he’s just focused on corporations not regular folks. The stuff he pushes doesn’t really make things better for people like my parents back in the day or small biz owners here. I don’t think he gets how healthcare ties into all this either. Climate stuff? Forget it he’s totally ignoring what’s happening with the floods and extreme weather in Ohio. I’ll give him props for being open about his positions but he’s not doing much for real
